Testimonials

Meet Joe Henderson; he’s what's known as, “the real deal”.

If you’ve ever seen the classic Disney movie “White
 Fang”, you’ve seen him at
work.

He owns Alaskan Arctic Expeditions, and for over 20
 years he’s been taking
his explorer clients on extreme
 arctic
expeditions. His environment is brutal, unforgiving
 and spectacular.

 He goes to places
where a pair of snowshoes can
 make the
difference between living . . . or not. Joe relies
 on our “Custom Alaskan” and
if you book one of his
 expeditions, you
will too. Joe requires it. Enough said.

We agree that Iverson snowshoes are the best. Living in the Western U.P. gives us deep snow that we look forward to tracking in. Our Iverson's just walk right across the top of it. Great cardio workout! Only Iversons for us.

13 years ago I bought a pair of Iverson snowshoes for the primary use of hunting in deep snow conditions. They have gone with me to idaho in pursuit of mountain lion, long hikes through the cedar swamps near Soo Junction in Michigans Upper Penninsula, and even for recreational hikes around my home in south west michigan. I bought them on recommendation from a friend and have never never looked back. I have been out with friends who cheap out and get the metal frame type. They are useless while hunting due to all the banging around they do. I suppose they will work fine for back yard stuff. I prefer the traditional style and funtion of the ash frames. Thanks for the best show shoes I have found. When the topic comes up with friends, I alway mention my iversons.
